Do I need to book my own accommodation? What are the details?

No – your accommodation will be booked on your behalf, based on the details you submitted during online registration, you do not need to do anything. Please avoid booking directly with the venue as this can duplicate your reservation.

Please note that you will be required to pay for your accommodation. These accommodation costs you will need to expense as per Panasonic’s standard, internal process. The hotel rooms are allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis at 115.00 EUR per night, sole occupancy and including buffet breakfast. Your room will be confirmed at point of checking in, at which stage payment will also be processed.

Check-in time is from 15:00 hours and check-out is at 12:00 (noon) on your departure day. Earlier check in might be possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need to book my own outbound and return travel?

Yes – you will be required to arrange and book your own travel to the event venue, Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel. You will also have to organise your return travel.

We propose that you share Taxi's with colleagues, where possible, that will travel at the same/similar time as you. We suggest more environmentally friendly travel, via Public Transport routes, where you can.

Travel distance from the airport to the hotel by Taxi is between 30-40minutes and the cost is around €40.

Please ensure you book your travel in plenty of time to secure best prices and availability.

Where can I find the latest agenda?

You can find this under the ‘Schedule’ tab on this website, please always refer to this for the latest updates, available closer to the event. You can also find this information on site, in person at the event, at the Panasonic welcome desk outside the event area. The main hotel reception will also be able to provide guidance.

You can create a personalised agenda via the Schedule page – use the favourites feature to choose sessions that you’re attending and then click on ‘My favourites’ within this page to generate a PDF of your personal agenda, this can be emailed or printed. Please note this is stored via cookies on the browser so if you clear these you will need to favourite your personalised agenda again. 

I have dietary requirements; will I be catered for?

Yes – you will be catered for the duration of the event. Please ensure that you have submitted any allergens during the online registration process

What is the dress code for the Kick Off event? 

We suggest Business Casual for the Kick Off Meeting and for the Gala Diner Evening we propose Smart Casual.

Where can I go in my free time?

If you have any free time in your Schedule during the Kick Off 2025 then we recommend you take advantage of being in person with colleagues and catch up with one another or network.

Alternatively, there are plenty of local sites and attractions close to the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, these include:

  • Latvian National Museum of Art
  • Riga Central Market
  • Riga Old Town
  • and more…

The hotel also offers a fitness center for use, and there are spa facilities that can be booked directly with the hotel for individual use.
